Accessibility statement
Damson Web is a trading style of Bursill Images Limited, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 09017942. This statement explains how accessible this website is and what to do if you have trouble using it.
Last updated:1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or technology they use.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Our testing, described below, found no failures against them.
2. How accessible this site is
You can use the whole site with just a keyboard, and every link, button and form field shows a clear outline when it has focus. Every page has a link to skip straight to the main content, and pages work at up to 400% zoom (a screen 320 pixels wide) without scrolling sideways.
All text meets the WCAG contrast ratios: at least 4.5:1, or 3:1 for large text. Each page has a clear heading structure, form fields are labelled, images have text descriptions, and links within paragraphs are underlined, so they don't rely on colour alone.
3. Known limitations
The 3D animation on the home page is decorative, and everything it shows is also given as text.
4. Reduced motion
If you've asked your device to reduce motion, we turn off the 3D animation and scroll effects, and the home page works as a normal scrolling page.
The same happens if your browser can't display 3D graphics.
5. Feedback and contact
If you find something on this site hard to use, or need information in a different format, please let us know.
Email info@damsonweb.co.uk or call 07881 438911, Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm. We'll reply within one working day.
6. How we tested this site
In October 2026 we checked every page against WCAG 2.2 level AA with the axe automated testing tool, at desktop and phone sizes. We also measured the contrast of all text, including text over photos and the home page's moving backgrounds, used every page with a keyboard alone, checked that pages fit a screen 320 pixels wide, and tried the site with the VoiceOver screen reader on an iPhone.
Automated tools can't catch everything, so we'll keep testing, and we'll review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the site.
