When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address or phone number, the services you're interested in and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
If you become a client, we also keep the details we need to do the work and invoice you, such as your billing address and the content you send us for your website.
3. How we use your data
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work and send invoices.
We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.
4. Our legal basis
When you ask for a quote, we use your details because you've asked us to take steps before entering into a contract. Once you're a client, we use them to carry out our contract with you.
We keep financial records because the law requires it, and we may rely on our legitimate interests to keep basic records of past enquiries and projects.
5. Who we share it with
We only share your data with the services we need to run the business, such as our website host, email provider and accountant. They can only use it to provide their service to us.
We'll also share information if the law requires it. We don't share your data with anyone else.
6. How long we keep it
If you send an enquiry and don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months.
If you become a client, we keep project and invoice records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as HMRC requires.
7. Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts, icons and code are all served from our own web host, so visiting the site doesn't send your details to Google or any other outside service.
If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it.
